La AAS opera dal 1992 quale fornitrice di servizi ad importante valore aggiunto per le caratteristiche del mercato dell’industria aeronautica, sia per il primo impianto che per le necessita’ di ricambistica (MRO).

La societa’, nata quale service provider per il programma MRCA tornado, si è progressivamente specializzata nella gestione di parti standard e a disegno per sistemi di fissaggio meccanico, sistemi di tenuta e connessione elettrica, alle quali si aggiungono anche le materie prime grezze. E’ attiva anche quale agente di importanti aziende estere sul mercato italiano.

Annoveriamo tra i nostri clienti i principali players del mondo aerospace come GE Avio, il gruppo Leonardo ( divisione elicotteri, velivoli, aerostrutture…), Piaggio Aerospace , Thales Alenia Space ecc…

Nel 1999 la Asti Aircraft Services si è dotata di un Sistema di Gestione per la Qualita’ attualmente certificato secondo i requisiti della normativa AS/EN 9120 a riprova della sua competenza nel settore aerospaziale.

Tale sistema è stato inteso fin dall’origine come espressione professionale della capacita’ di sviluppo del lavoro per individuare ed attivare strategie di miglioramento e coordinamento interno che consentano all’azienda di ottenere una maggiore competitivita’ , e flessibilita’ operativa.

AAS operate since 1992 as Service Provider, with important added value for the aeronautic Industry’s market, either for the final assembly or spares (MRO).

The company born as service provider for the Tornado MRCA, progressively specialized in the management of standards, drawing parts for fastening and sealing systems, electrical connectors and raw materials.

AAS i also agent on behalf of important international companies for the Italian market.

Among our customers are some of the greatest name in aerospace sector as Leonardo Group, Avio Aero, Piaggio Aerospace, Thales Alenia Space.

In 1999 Asti Aircraft Services introduced a Quality System in accordance with the requirements of AS/EN 9120 to evidence it’s competence in aerospace sector.

This system was intended since the beginning as the expression of the capacity to continuously improve and develop the business, finding and activating strategies and internal and internal coordination aimed to increase the company operational’s flexibility and competitivity.

AAS manage in their warehouse several components and raw materials for the aerospace and aeronautic sectors. The warehouse is designed to assure the correct storage for Customer’s business needs, reducing time and handling costs.

The offered range of products and technologies is considerably increased by the represented companies for wich AAS perform local storage on request to reduce lead time and transportation costs.

AAS provide advanced solutions for the Supply Chain’s optimization, tailored on Customer’s needs, with an high added value.

LTA – STOCK SUPPORTED AGREEMENTS : the most effective and efficient way to solve Lead Time, order’s MSQ, safety stock, quantity / price sensitive items, releted problems.

CONSIGNMENT STOCK – minimize the storage exposure assuring ideal parts availability levels for the assembly lines.

KITTING – the composition of specific assembly kits, considerably reduces the lead times and line feeding errors, assuring the components’ full traceability.

KANBAN ON -SITE: in line delivery with automatic re-provisioning.

E-COMMERCE: credit card payment and immediate delivery for A.O.G. support.
