Founded in 1973, R.I. Group is an Italian company focused on Research and Innovation, and recognized all over the world for the quality of its products. Over the years R.I. has developed an industrial know-how that has made the group one of the world leaders in the design and production of modular structures and technological shelters. This wealth of experience in complex “Theatres of military operations” allows R.I. to act as a Global Contractor, coordinating and developing Engineering Procurement Construction projects.
The Business Plan drawn up in 2019 defined three divisions:
Mobile Medical Division: in recent years R.I. has developed several mobile solutions in the healthcare sector. Since 2017 our modular dental units, surgery rooms and other innovations have satisfied clients include: United Nations, Ministries of Defence, Ministries of the Interiors, NATO, European Union, Governmental Authorities and International Companies.
Civil Division: R.I. designs and builds modular Industrialized Building systems. These are multi-storey steel structures that guarantee: static safety; remarkable living comfort; high energy saving; and reduction in construction time and energy consumption by 2/3.
Security and Defence Division: the experience acquired in dealing with field problems has led the Group to specialize in the field of Force Protection, creating products that have obtained national and international patents, such as: CONTOWER®, MAN TOWER, Sentry Box, Command Posts and Bunkers. We offer ideal solutions for the protection and control of urban centers, sensitive sites and borders.
The Group has the proven capacity to deliver rapid responses in “tough territories”. This competence, combined with logistical expertise, has made it possible for the R.I. GROUP to become a leader is support for international missions, civil and military emergency interventions in Albania, Kosovo, Lebanon, Afghanistan, Djibouti, Kuwait, UAE, Haiti, Iraq and Kurdistan.
