Digi4Doc owns and maintains two highly advanced document management platforms that have become benchmarks in the private and public sector markets: iShareDoc: a comprehensive document platform based on advanced technologies and standards such as BPMN 2.0 for process digitization. The platform manages digital signatures, certified emails, mailing, scanners, label printers, address books, electronic invoices, automatic sorting via AI, notifications, reporting, and monitoring dashboards, in addition to all other typical document management system features. This platform has been used to develop numerous vertical solutions, including GesARM, for the complex and rigorous management of procedures relating to Law 185/90. Hive: an ECM platform based on state-of-the-art technologies, consisting of interchangeable modules to allow for continuous updating based on technical or functional needs. Designed to manage massive amounts of data and documents, managing their generation, processing, analysis, approval, signing, and archiving cycles. It offers a wide range of modules, from the Electronic Signature Module to the RPA and AI module, from semi-finished SDI Electronic Invoicing processes to Order and Contract Management (including mobile device processes) and Tax Drawer Management.
