AeroStrutture Spa was born from the spin-off of the Aeronautic division of Cea Spa, that from 1998 to July 2014 owned and managed the following business unit:
- Aeronautics: this unit focus his activities on construction, assembly and overhaul of part and complete structure of airplane an helicopters, minimizing lead time and logistic cost with a full integrated production system including thermic and galvanic treatment and painting process;
- Electromechanical: this unit is specialized in engineering and construction of electrical panel for medium an low voltage with particular characteristic of command and supervision that find his core market in the security system for rail road and infrastructure in general.
In 2021, Gabrielli family together with Italsistemi Spa, industrial group, took over the entire shareholder base, relaunching investment and growth programs in the aeronautics and aerospace sectors.
Aeronautics: this unit focus his activities on construction, assembly and overhaul of part and complete structure of airplane an helicopters, minimizing lead time and logistic cost with a full integrated production system including thermic and galvanic treatment and painting process.
Our core business is manufacture and assembly aluminium and titanium sheet metal parts we make from raw material to end item painted and marked.
