Deagle’s main activities concern the design and industrialization of structural platforms, equipment and tools equipped with automation systems in the aerospace and automotive sectors, giving added value to the products with the innovations developed in research and development projects focused on innovative materials for 3D printing, systems based on artificial intelligence and energy efficiency solutions. In particular, Deagle deals with

• structural, mechanical, manufacturing engineering, electrical, actuating design for complex and integrated systems;
• manufacturing prototypes, tooling, automatic systems for Civil and Military;
• production and certification of Aircrafts and part of them;
• build to print service, as well as design to build,
• fabrication in automated composites processes;
• construction of machines and tooling; flexible and programming units’ implementation.

Through its subsidiary DeAMS, the capabilities are extended to the industrial automation.

In the field of R&D, in addition to the aforementioned projects on innovative materials obtained from recycled plastic and suitable for 3D printing, automatic visual recognition systems for defects on production parts or complex assemblies, Deagle has developed and built a hybrid electric generator (wind and photovoltaic), transportable with an appendix trolley, equipped with a battery pack to ensure a certain energy autonomy in remote areas, not served by infrastructures.

Finally, Deagle is working on the design and industrialization of a flight platform in the multicopter category for the transport of people and goods, equipped with hybrid propulsion system.
