We are a strategic partner of companies and multinationals in the production of critical components in stainless steel and alloy steel and highly complex systems. Starting with advanced competence in welding and special processes, we have diversified the business to now include the food and pharmaceutical sectors, high vacuum solutions, air and water treatment, renewable energy, high-tech, and aerospace.
Our history began in 1976. Founded as a commercial warehouse of stainless steel, we have specialised in pipe welding and processing. Over forty years of business, we have established ourselves as a company of reference for the production of highly critical functional components in steel, aluminium, titanium and special alloys.
Historically oriented toward the field of automatic food processing and packaging machines, we have rethought our business model by diversifying markets and opening ourselves to new business areas, including aerospace and Advanced Mechanics.
We have transferred expertise gained during our history to other markets through:
- management policies geared toward total quality;
- low batch production but with high added value in terms of quality
and aseptic performance; - know-how of an entire Department specialised in Engineering.
AEROSPACE
As part of our business strategy, we expect to see constant growth in production in the Aerospace and Defense Business Area, in which we have established ourselves in recent years.
We have transferred the technology and skills developed thanks to our experience in the Food industry and we use them to make critical functional and structural components for civil and military aircraft with high-performance materials.
We use steel, special alloys and aluminium to make critical components for civil and military aircraft:
- Steel, special alloy and aluminium pipes
- Pipes for hydraulic circuits (flight controls)
- Aerostructure parts
- Engine parts
These are critical components because they are functional and structural, so they must ensure that the aircraft in which they are installed is operating in complete safety.

TECHNOLOGIES
We use manual, automatic and robot TIG welding and automatic laser welding technologies, and process piping and sheet metal with CNC machines.
We use high-vacuum brazing and heat and surface treatments (pickling, passivation, electropolishing and thermal spraying) to improve the performance of components.
QUALITY
Aware of the highly critical nature of our special processes, we certify the conformity of components produced by the quality checks carried out in-house. At our production sites, specialised and qualified technicians carry out non-destructive X-ray and dye penetrant tests, in addition to conventional dimensional checks through coordinate measuring machines and optical vision systems and to visual checks with video endoscope.
CERTIFICATION
We have NADCAP accreditation for welding, heat treating and non destructive testing. As part of the process of adapting quality to meet the standards in the field, we have AS/EN 9100 certification for Quality Management in the Aerospace Industry.
In addition, we have Quality Management (ISO 9001), Health and Safety (ISO 45001) and Environmental Management (ISO 14001) certification. Finally, the biggest Italian and international prime contractors have approved our company production processes.
PLANT
We invest resources and technologies in the aerospace market. All the production activities of the business unit have been recently moved to a new 4,000-sqm plant in Schio, near Vicenza, where 30 highly qualified workers are dedicated to preparation, adjustment, pickling, welding and riveting processes.
POEMA
In 2014 the company joined the network of companies belonging to POEMA, the European Aerospace Microfusions Complex. The objective of Poema is to improve quality, performance and efficiency of plane engine and of turbine components, reducing its consumptions. EMA, society depending from Rolls Royce, is one of the primary worldwide producers of microcast components for aerospace and industrial gas turbines. We contribute to the project at the plant in Morra De Sanctis (Avellino) performing laser welding of the turbines, non-destructive inspection and repair by manual welding.
