ESEA is the partner to develop a new automatic production process for advanced composite materials, managing the entire process and with different technologies for all types of applications in the aerospace, defense, energy, H2 sectors.
Since its foundation in 1980, ESEA has installed over 800 highly customized production and testing machines.
Esea Automation srl is the first Italian company to develop technologies such as AFP (automatic fiber placement machines), FW (filament winding machines), Tow preg machiens etc.
Esea develops and builds special machines for the production of aeronautical, space and military products.
Thanks to many years of experience demonstrated through collaborations with the main global aerospace players, Esea offers an innovative product not present on the market.
The collaboration proposals are the following:
1) Supply of machines for the production of carbon parts using filament winding, fiber placement and tow preg technologies.
2) Technological developments through our internal research and development laboratory
3) Prototyping of parts in composite materials
4) Supply of test benches according to current NATO regulations
