Ferretti Security Division (FSD) is the Ferretti Group business unit specialising in the design, production, sale and servicing of naval platforms for security applications. All the naval platforms can be fitted out and configured to the customer’s specifications. FSD 150 Landing Craft

The FSD 150 LC is a 16,7 meter vessel weighing just over 22 tons. Powered by a pair of 1000-hp engines, she can cruise comfortably at over 48 knots at 1/3 load, with a 3-person crew and up to 20 operatives; the alternative twin 1200-hp MAN unit configuration achieves even higher speeds of 50 knots. Developed to sail in shallow waters or as a support unit on board larger ships, the FSD 150 LC features a surface propellers propulsion system, especially designed to facilitate beach landings. The boat can be fitted with a variety of different navigation equipment as per the customer’s requirements.

FSD 195 – Fast Patrol Vessel

At 20 metres long and displacing around 37 tons, the FSD 195 vaunts considerable strength at a modest overall weight, through the use of the latest construction materials such as carbon and titanium. Equipped with two 1900-hp MAN en-gines, she can easily reach 55 knots with a range of over 525 miles (at 35 knots speed). Besides her excellent speed and manoeuvrability, the FSD 195 stands out for her ergonomic spaces, ensuring optimum operating conditions for the crew. She can be fitted with a variety of different equipment as per the customer’s requirements.

FSD N800

The new FSD N800 has a length of 16.75 m., a beam of 4.65 m. and a draft of 1.57 m., with a hull made from composite material consisting of glass and carbon fiber. This maritime surveillance boat can host up to 18 persons on board (3 + 3 crew plus 12 passengers) and equipped with two 800-hp MAN engines can easily reach more than 30 knots at full load. FSD N800 can also be powered with an additional new concept of hybrid diesel/electric engine, integrated with the onboard systems by Ferretti’s engineers for a “zero-emission” operation. The outstanding combination of innovative technology and skilful design significantly reduces consumption and environmental impact, safeguarding the marine ecosystem at the same time as delivering extraordinary performance in terms of speed and handling.

FSD 320 HSCB
