Founded in 1967, Fucine Umbre is a make to print company for the aerospace market that manufactures components and equipment that require, in addition to mechanical machining and finishing activities, also assemblies and testing.
Core capabilities: design in comakership & concurrent engineering, closed die forgings, heat treatments, machining, non destructive inspections (FPI, MPI, UT), shot peening, galvanic, sub-assemblies and painting, laboratory test (dimensional, metallographic, static and dynamic, fracture, fatigue and failure analysis).
The integrated quality system is certified in accordance with UNI EN 9100:2018, UNI EN ISO 14001: 2015 and UNI ISO 45001:2018; all special processes and are NADCAP approved.
Product applications for fix and rotary wings, both military and civil market: landing gear systems, wheel & brakes, actuation systems, rotors and transmissions, structures.
