Goriziane Group viene fondata nel 1948 da Antonio Zanin per fornire servizi di riparazione manutenzione e revisione generale per i veicoli dell’Esercito Italiano. Da allora, Goriziane Group è divenuta uno dei partner più apprezzati dell’Esercito Italiano e un precursore nelle tecnologie e nelle attività relative alla manutenzione, revisione e upgrade di veicoli militari.

 

Negli anni 80, la direzione di Goriziane Group decide di estendere e differenziare la gamma di servizi offerta, rivolgendosi alla manutenzione e revisione generale di oleodotti e piattaforme petrolifere.

 

All’inizio degli anni 90, Goriziane Group fornisce il primo equipaggiamento per l’industria dell’ Oil&Gas, la “Pipe Facing Machine” e da allora inizia a fornire un vasto assortimento di macchinari rivolti alla costruzione di oleodotti.

 

Nel 2000, Goriziane Group disegna, produce e consegna i primi “Pipe Handling System” e “Firing Line System” per navi posatubi, venendo riconosciuti da allora come leader mondiale in questo settore di attività.

 

Ad oggi, Goriziane Group rimane una S.p.A. al diretto controllo e coordinamento della Fintref Company, holding che rappresenta la Famiglia Zanin.

 

La sede principale di Goriziane Group si sviluppa su un’area di 150.000 mq, all’interno della quale si trova un’area coperta di 35.000 mq per uffici e officine, e un’area per la “pista prove”, che include anche un lago per effettuare test su veicoli anfibi, di circa 50.000 mq. Lo stabilimento si trova a Villesse (GO) ed è situato in posizione logisticamente strategica essendo molto ben collegato sia al vicino porto, che agli aeroporti di Venezia, Trieste e Lubiana, che alla linea ferroviaria (corridoio 5), che, infine, all’autostrada A23.

 

Ad oggi, Goriziane Group ha sviluppato un’importante presenza internazionale, creando una sussidiaria a Singapore (Goriziane Offshore Asia), una in Azerbaijan (Goriziane Group Azerbaijan), controllando un’azienda di servizi trasversali alle divisioni (GSE) ed infine avendo acquisito di recente un’azienda per lo sviluppo di Sistemi Integrati per l’Automazione (I.A.S.).

Goriziane Group was founded by Antonio Zanin in 1948 to provide repair and overhaul services for the Italian Army vehicles. Since then, Goriziane Group has become one of the most appreciated partner for the Italian Army and a frontrunner in maintenance, upgrade and overhaul of military vehicles.

In the 80’s, Goriziane Group decided to extend its experience in the business of Service to the maintenance and overhauling for pipeline construction yards.

In the early 90’s, Goriziane Group supplied its first equipment for the Oil & Gas industry, the Pipe Facing Machine and started supplying a wide range of pipeline equipment.

In 2000, Goriziane Group designed, manufactured and delivered its first onshore Pipe Handling System and Firing Line System for Pipelayer Vessel, being recognized as a World Leader in this business.

Goriziane Group remains entirely under the direction and coordination of Fintref Company, which represents the Zanin Family Holding.

Goriziane group plant is developed on an area of 150.000 sqm, with a covered area of 35.000 sqm and a test track of 50.000 sqm and it’s based in Villesse, in a logistically perfect site, very well connected with Shipyard, Airport, Train and highways.

Up today, Goriziane Group owns a branch office in Singapore (Goriziane Offshore Asia), a branch office in Azerbaijan (Goriziane Group Azerbaijan), a company focused on services worldwide (GSE) and a company for Integrated Automation Systems (IAS).
