Founded in 1988, NCM is an engineering and manufacturing company specializing in the design, manufacture and assembly of components for turbomachinery and especially for aircraft engines and gas turbines, for which special tests and processes are also performed.
The Quality Management System in NCM is certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and EN 9100:2016 standards. Special processes and nondestructive testing are Nadcap accredited.
NCM designs and manufactures components and subassemblies for the hot section of aircraft engines and gas turbines, as well as aircraft structural parts. Major products manufactured include fuel injectors, combustion chambers, containment casings (casings) and dynamic sealing systems (shroud, abradable support).
The company is characterized by disposing of all the technologies necessary to manufacture the above products, in particular special processes such as EBW (Electron Beam Welding), Coating (HVOF/Plasma/TBC), Welding, NDTs (Rx, LPI, MPI, USI).
NCM is also able to co-design the systems it manufactures.
