TEKNE S.r.l. è un’impresa italiana con varie sedi nel Paese e all’estero, certificata ISO 9001:2015, che opera dal 1990 nella progettazione, produzione, trasformazione, allestimento, commercializzazione ed assistenza di veicoli (industriali, speciali, militari, per trasporto persone) di loro parti, di ricambi, di sistemi ed apparecchi elettrici, elettronici ed informatici con assistenza e consulenza.

 

Nell’ambito del pianificato ampliamento del proprio portfolio prodotti, TEKNE ha rilevato il personale altamente qualificato e lo stabilimento della Thales Italia SpA sito di Chieti, inclusi gli assets per lo sviluppo, la qualifica e la produzione.

 

Nella nuova sede TEKNE si eseguono, da oltre 40 anni, lavorazioni di alta tecnologia in campo Difesa e Sicurezza, nell’ambito di importanti contratti per il Ministero della Difesa e di progetti di ricerca sia nazionali (Industria 2015, Dlgs 297/99, Piano Nazionale Ricerca Militare, PON, POR ecc.) che europei (FP7, H2020, ARTEMIS, ENIAC, ECSEL, European Defence Agency ecc.).

 

L’acquisizione di cui sopra comporta dunque una capacità progettuale, produttiva e manutentiva nei settori di tradizionale interesse per la Difesa, senza trascurare lo studio e la realizzazione e manutenzione di nuovi sistemi in aree ed ambiti diversi.

 

Impegnata in diversi progetti di Ricerca della Comunità Europea, Tekne collabora e fornisce servizi e prodotti a grandi Aziende ed Enti quali ad esempio Terna, Thales, Protezione Civile Canton Ticino, SOGIN, Leonardo, Vigili del Fuoco, Esercito Italiano ed MoD di diversi paesi.

Locations

TEKNE  is an Italian Enterprise organized across several sites in Italy and abroad. It operates since 2001 in automotive design, manufacturing, modification and servicing (industrial, military, special vehicles as well as buses and people carriers in general) and in the design and production of electrical and electronic systems and components.

TEKNE industrial structure now integrates the Chieti site (formerly owned by Thales Italia) benefitting from over 40 years of high-technology experience in electronics for the Defence, with participation in important Italian MoD programs as well as extensive experience in research projects, at both domestic (e.g. Industry 2015, Law 297, PNRM, PON, POR) and European level (e.g. FP7, H2020, ARTEMIS, ENIAC, ECSEL).

Distinctive capabilities and competencies in design, development, engineering, production and support are thus available for various sectors of Defence, with an eye on new systems and technologies.

Engaged in several research projects of the European Community, Tekne collaborates and provides services and products to large companies and organizations such as Terna, Thales, Civil Protection Canton Ticino, SOGIN, Leonardo, Italian Fire Brigade, Italian Army and MoD of different countries.
