TELECONSYS SpA, innovative SME, is a Digital Innovation Company that operates in the ICT sector to support the digitization of public and private organizations, adopting the main methodological and technological Digital Enablers. The company offers consultancy, systems integration, application development and cybersecurity, designing and implementing, starting from its own framework, infrastructures, platforms and innovative digital applications. The company proposition includes the provision of specialized services according to the most advanced ITSM paradigms. The intense R&D activity carried out also thanks to the implementation of the Open Innovation model has led to the creation of innovative digital solutions for the digitization of the PA, for the management of cultural heritage, for the mapping and tracking of the agricultural production chain, for enabling Data Driven systems in the industrial sector. The company collaborates with many universities, with venture capital and with innovative startups and is present in the university sector with a teaching on a II level Master’s degree and in the associative sector within the IT Section of Unindustria and as a founding partner of Digital Innovation Hub of Lazio region.
The Company holds nine Management System certifications (including ISO 56002 – Innovation Management System, one of the very few Italian companies to have obtained it and UNI/PDR 125 – Gender Equality Management System) which attest to its ability to supply products, solutions and services always more competitive and innovative and to implement continuous improvement processes focused on increasing the company’s effectiveness and efficiency, paying the utmost attention to customer satisfaction in all its activities.
Teleconsys offering is organized into 4 Business Units.
ADUX – Agile Application Development & User Experience. It creates modern applications (Apps and SuperApps) that use emerging architectural patterns based on micro-services, serverless and headless, adaptable to any platform or container technology, following an approach based on Application Programming Interface, capable of offering an exceptional multi-sensory, multidevice, multitouchpoint User Experience. The BU also has high skills in Big Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence/ML, development of Digital Twins and advanced Robotic Processing Automation solutions, which integrate Intelligent Business Management and Process Mining capabilities.
CYGO – Cybersecurity & Governance. Born in January 2023 following the award of the CONSIP AQ tender “Compliance and control services in the cybersecurity field for the Central Government”, it offers Security Strategy and Assessment services (NIST, national FW, 27002), vulnerability assessment & penetration testing, code testing, incident management, GDPR compliance. With a practical and result-oriented approach, the BU proposes and applies to its customers the Zero Trust paradigm extended to all possible attack surfaces of companies: users, devices, networks, clouds, applications and things.
NEGIS – Next Generation Infrastructure & Sensing. It offers innovative solutions for the creation of modern hyper-converged and software-defined infrastructures enabling Digital Transformation, Cloud Computing and Edge Computing, applications for the digitization of the workspace and for collaboration (Smart Working), Internet of Things platforms for the collection of data from sensors and distributed register technologies (blockchain, IOTA) to ensure permanence, immutability and accessibility of data on the network in order to guarantee its absolute reliability.
SEOP – Service & Operation. It offers a large catalogue of IT services that are developed along the entire service value chain, from managed to on-premise ones, supported by the most modern IT Service Management and IT Automation platforms and by a Service Desk structured according to the most modern ITIL 4 paradigms. The BU proposes an innovative approach to service management called AIOPS – Artificial Intelligent Operations, which combines Big Data and Machine Learning to support IT Operations to implement predictive and prescriptive monitoring strategies.
Furthermore, there are three competence centres, one on Artificial Intelligence, one on Distributed Ledger Technologies, one on Metaverse and an Open Innovation area which has multiple collaboration agreements with Universities, Research Centres, Digital Innovation Hubs, Competence Centers, Clusters, Ventures Capital and Innovative Start-Up.
